Who you are
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a start up environment with experience in sales. You should be very comfortable talking to prospective customers on the phone and able to articulate company value in a friendly and persuasive manner. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to be highly organized, systems oriented and driven.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales revenue through new client acquisitions
- Call prospects and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Deliver our value proposition clearly to garner interest
- There is no lead generation, ListingSpark handles finding leads, you simply handle the outreach
- Leads will be a combination of inbound and outbound
- 1+ year of sales experience (preferably within a high touch sales environment).
- Somewhat familiar with real estate (being a licensed agent is a bonus).
- Tech-savvy, motivated, and a “do-er”.
You will be working in a fast paced but collaborative team environment. We are all here to help each other, with that said, each team member is expected to be motivated and driven to achieve personal goals. Training, mentoring and one on one coaching will be part of the on-boarding process.
