Never using a Realtor again

I would never, EVER, use a broker to sell a property again. ListingSpark has provided everything a broker can at no charge whatsoever. Their response time is incredible, there attention to detail impeccable, their customer support is top of the line. Sydney has been guiding me through the whole process and has made it a pleasure. I listed a home and had it under contract in 21 days, the second home I listed was under contract in less than a week.
