Hi, my name is Shelly, and I have actually used ListingSpark twice to help me sell a home. The first time was in early 2021, and someone told me about it, so I used them. I listed my house with them, and it was a great experience. I would highly, highly recommend it. I thought everything was done very professionally, and it was very, very easy to work with. I had my sign and my lockbox the next day. Everything was real high quality. I loved that they sent out a photographer to do professional photographs of the unit to go with my listing, which made a big difference.
I also loved how ListingSpark has the app, and so I could go in and use the app for everything. It would tell me when there were showing requests. It would tell me when there had been showing appointments. There was even some agent feedback, if an agent ever had feedback, so I just had a great experience. It saved me about $9,000 in commissions, and I had an offer within a few weeks, so I had such a good experience the first time that when I went to sell another condo in the summer of 2021, I listed it with ListingSpark again.
Having good experience, same professional photography, same smooth app communication, and keeping up with everything that was going on with it. I even used the ListingSpark title company to do the closing, and that was a really easy smooth experience too. They sent a closer with a notary to my home. We did all the closing right there. Listing was super, super smooth, and I saved thousands and thousands of dollars in commissions.
In the end, I only paid a few hundred dollars to professionally list my home in the MLS with ListingSpark, so I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again if I sell a home in the future and would recommend anyone else to use this great service to get your listing on the MLS. I also sold my second listing very fast, within a matter of weeks, at higher than asking price, and I saved a lot of money, so I would recommend ListingSpark to anyone.

My name is David, and I wanted to relate my positive experience that I had in using ListingSpark to sell my residence in North Texas. I did not want to pay a 3% commission to a listing broker and wanted to be involved in the sale of the house myself. I ultimately used ListingSpark, and I would encourage anyone not to do anything ahead of time as far as buying signs, things like that. Sign up, let ListingSpark send you the sign and the lockbox, and at that point, you'll be set up through the multiple listing service, and they have an organization that will contact you in regard to proposed showing dates and times, which you can say yes, no, or propose a different time.
A very seamless operation, very painless, and as far as relaying offers to you and responding, your responses to those offers, everyone at ListingSpark that I dealt with was very prompt and very professional. The sale ultimately went through Spark Title, which made the sale even more seamless. Really, no hitches, very smooth.
Ultimately, the expense, which is the major issue here, is that rather than spend thousands of dollars through a broker to simply list the property, even with some add-ons that I purchased, such as notice to the multiple listing service for an open house that I held, I spent less than $1,000 in using ListingSpark to sell this property, just an unbelievable savings. So I, again, cannot say enough about this business and about how beneficial I think it is to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thank you.

We just sold our home through ListingSpark. It saved us roughly $11,000 in commission. Don’t get me wrong. I was a former RE agent and broker. There are people who need a local, full-service agent to hold their hand every step of the way. There are wonderful agents who earn every dollar of their commission. Often, however the selling agent does little more than suggest a price, arrange for pictures, list on the MLS and wait for their check. ListingSpark can do all this and so much more. You choose the level of service you want and pay for what you need. This is our second successful sale through them, and we are completely satisfied.

Let me tell you how I just saved 8k in Realtor fees and sold my house in less than 4 weeks. ListingSpark really exceeded my expectations. I was weary at first but ListingSpark as well as Listingspark Title company is a legit organization. Honestly they should be called the Robin Hood of real estate transactions. For 7 dollars a day or roughly 200 a month Listing Spark will send a professional photographer to come take pictures of your property, send a professional looking for sale sign, and send an electronic key box just like the Realtors use. They also coordinated and tracked viewings of my home. I had over 50 showings in a month and didn't have to lift a finger outside of putting the sign down and attaching the keybox to the doorknob (using a sturdy zip tie) which I recommend Spark add to their for sale kit. Not once did I have to meet a potential buyer and let them in my home..I literally only answered a few emails signed a few documents and bam that was it. This was by far a fun and exciting process that I'm been telling all my friends about.

I recently sold my house in Nashville, TN using ListingSpark. ListingSpark puts the seller in the driver's seat, providing the broker support when needed but allowing the seller to completely control the transaction. I spent about 6 more hours of my own time than I would have had I used a standard commissioned broker, but saved about $7,000 in commissions compared to paying a standard 3% commission. The agent on demand feature was well worth the price and it was helpful to have someone to assist with negotiations after receiving offers on the house.

These Guys got it figured out. They are truly in it to help the seller out. Working with Listing Spark and Spark title saved me over $19k in commission alone on my personal property. They are very responsive to email and text so communication is solid. As a seller in a hot market and you have any ideal how to print up a MS Word flyer (not necessary) for your property then use these guys. You will save 3%+. If you bundle in their Title services then the savings really rack up. At $7/day for full MLS is a steal. Absolutely fantastic service. Wish they were in all 50 states! We paid for the "closing specialist" service when we sold our home and it was totally worth it. You pay a tiny fraction of the cost to get all the value-add benefits of a seller's agent. When you get this upgrade, Aaron (a co-founder) negotiates and communicates on your behalf. He jumps in to negotiate at all of the hurdles in the closing (offer, inspection, and appraisal). But that is all you really need - everything else when selling a home is very simple. I sold my first house through them (so I didn't know much) but was still very easy and smooth. They provide an online platform where you can sign and see documents, timeline, etc. They give you all the paperwork that you need for the closing and title. An easy 5 star.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Listing Spark. Wow! Super impressed. I signed up with them in December to list my Austin condo. Everything was done super professionally and organized. Response times are out of this world fast. Every time I needed anything at all, they were right there with the answers and to help me. Another thing I loved was how everything was done online. Once I had my listing all ready and published, I could view all the showings of my property which was great. Lockbox and sign were fast and easy to set up. One thing I couldn't believe was that included in the already low price was professional photography of my property. They sent out a pro photographer who took and uploaded all the pics for my listing - making it look GREAT!! I had multiple offers within a few weeks and ended up closing at asking price. The offer system was also online in the secure hub, and easy as pie. All the back and forth on the contract and messages were done securely right online. I never even had to call anyone. Once the contract was finalized, same goes for EVERYTHING to be done between contract and closing. The inspection, title, documents, everything was done online within the hub. I chose Spark Title for just a few more hundred to handle the closing and it was done so professionally, fast, and organized with OUTSTANDING communication throughout. At closing, they even sent a notary to MY HOUSE to do all the docs. In the end, I got everything a full service agent would have done without the thousands of dollars. I still can't believe that all this only cost me a few hundred bucks. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for any future transactions. This was the easiest home sale/transaction I've ever done, and Listing Spark made it happen. Love them!

I used them as the listing broker and title company for selling one of my rental homes. The process was easy and smooth and overall throughout the process they were very responsive. I went with listing spark on a friend's recommendation who had used their services. It was a better experience than he had had. They have specialists at each stage of the process, with a name. I could email (or call), and never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. Very knowledgeable and a patient lot. My agent on demand was also an expert and would advise keeping my priorities and interest in mind. 'Good value for the money' as a statement does not justify their services, since it was the same level of services, if not better than a great realtor to whom you pay 3%.

They send a sign, lockbox, and even provide feedback on your proposed list price. I recommend the add on of "Agent on Demand" since you get it super discounted if you sign up front. You only pay that fee of $600 when you close, so no risk there. I saved $14,200 using Listing Spark.

I am an actual customer....I recently used Spark Title after seeing the Spark sign in a neighbors yard and research who they were. Spark was exactly what I was looking for!! I paid the extra money to have the agent option and so glad I did. Kevon was great!! He was very attentive and provided me information I needed during the process. I have used agent thru Keller Williams, etc and honestly there was no difference other than me seeing them in person which is minor. The agent was always attentive and available. After going thru the full process with Listing Spark, I can honestly say it was WORTH it!! If you are person who needs hand holding and someone to do everything for you then this might not be a great option for you. I need to add that Listing Spark is very prompt and attentive when dealing with agents, I know some agents aren't fond of LS but that is because they are most likely lazy! I found the agents at LS to be very knowledgeable.

We used Listing Spark to sell our home. From the initial set up to the final closing everything went extremely smooth. The ‘listing’ specialist spent an hour on the phone with us prior to listing the property to look at comps and walk us thru they process. We never felt rushed. Once we had an offer on the table, a second offer (better) came in. Not knowing how to handle it, we reached out for assistance. Aaron, walked us thru what to do (ask for a best and final) and he took the reins from there, contacting both buyers and helping us determine the best offer. We also used Listing Spark Title. They were also very helpful, always available to answer our questions. We had a notary come to our house for the final closing to get our signatures. Everything went off without a hitch. If I could offer one piece of advice to both Listing Spark and anyone who uses them, it would be, make sure you know when you are getting one of their ‘extra’ services. We did get billed for the agent help. I was perfectly fine with that and would have gotten it due to the multiple offers. But, it would have been nice if they were clear it was an up charge before we did it. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks to them, we got us more than the asking price on our house. Can’t complain about that!

Communication is almost 100% by email but is consistent and timely. I loved the css notifications regarding viewings of the house. We recently sold our house thru Listing Spark. We used their basic service and were pleased with the professionalism of the people we worked with and listing process in general. They also offer their own title services which made the closing portion of selling seamless. All business was conducted online or via phone. We would recommend the basic service to anyone who has bought and sold houses before, understands the basic ins-and-outs of the process and doesn't need any extra support. For their basic price, you get a nice listing with professional photos, a sign, an electronic lockbox, and a professional booking service for showings. They do offer additional support and services, at additional costs, if you feel you need more help with things like pricing, contract review and/or negotiation, etc. We did our own homework with regards to pricing our home and did not use any of their additional services. We sold our house very quickly in a hot market.

I was apprehensive at first but the process went seamlessly and we had a GREAT experience. The only downside is when buyer's agents saw that we were essentially "for sale by owner" they didn't seem to like that. But Listing Spark itself was great to work through, I would do it again! I know we likely saved $4,000-$5,000

We just sold our 4th house using ListingSpark. From beginning to end they take all the guesswork out of selling your home yourself they send out a professional photographer to take pictures of your property interior exterior outside yards and post them to be viewed by potential buyers. They do the MLS listing for you Period they send you to sign to put in the yard the lock box they provide a code to the real estate agents you decide if you want to be notified each time the property is shown and they will notify you letting you know which realtor is showing the property what time. They will set that up an open house showing for you. I’m very satisfied with ListingSpark they take all the work out of selling your home yourself for seven dollars a day you cannot beat that.

I flip houses and just used Listing Spark for the first time to sell a house I completed. I was nervous about the market but I received an offer after just three weeks which I was very happy about! I used the agent on demand service and my realtor was very friendly and responsive. One thing to note is that your realtor does not reach out to you until after you receive a formal offer. However they did still send me comparable sold listings to help me determine my list price and answered general questions. I did have to run my own open houses but they advertise it for you on the MLS. Overall everything went very smoothly and we closed on time. Highly recommend for anyone but especially for investors who are familiar with the selling process.

Listing Spark was a tremendous value. There are no gimmicks - it really costs $7 per day with free professional photography. The Listing Spark team are all very friendly and helpful. Their $250 one-time 1-hour Contract Consultation is a great way to have an impartial expert review a specific contract received from a potential buyer. And the $800 Transaction Coordinator upgrade is also a huge value for the cost. The Transaction Coordinator upgrade is pretty much equivalent to having hired a listing agent and there is no contract offer limit. You are not required to make any upgrades if you do not want them.

They did not drag their feet about anything. They even refunded my pro rated portion of monthly charge back to my account within 3 days of closing without my prompting or asking for reminder. Customer service was A+ Throughout the entire experience. I cannot emphasize this enough. You can reach a representative via email, text, or phone call, to which they were all responsive in a timely manner. Any question I had was answered with no problems. Listing your home through Listing Spark will save you THOUSANDS of dollars! You will have to know a little about a Housing contract but it’s worth it if you’re willing to put in some time. Using this company allows your house to be put on the MLS website for a ton of people to see. You can negotiate the buyers agent commission or you can state you will only buy through owner without an agent. Even if you do allow for a buyers agent, you are saving 3% as opposed to spending 6% on commission. Also, you don’t half to have two middleman agents between you and the buyer. At least this way you can talk directly to their agent or the buyer. You can download an app and see exactly all the showings that are scheduled, and all the offers conveniently. Their sister company Spark Title was A+ as well. I’m pretty sure their closing costs was equal , if not, less than a typical Title Company. Every time we sell a house we are using this website.
