You only pay per day for your subscription to ListingSpark services with no large upfront fees, no commissions at closing and no hidden charges.
Set your price
ListingSpark’s proprietary pricing model automatically pulls in MLS data and market data from your area for you - the same data real estate agents use to price your home - and lets you know if your price is in the sweet spot based on your goals.
Schedule our photographer
As part of your per-day rate, we’ll send you a professional photographer to take high-resolution photos and/or virtual tour photos of your home and property. You choose which to include with your listing so online viewers get the best first impression.
Sign the docs
We provide the standard real estate documents that must be signed prior to selling your home to ensure all transactions are legally binding. Our software will walk you through the process and make sure you’ve filled them out so nothing is missed.
Set up your lockbox
We’ll ship you a secure digital key lockbox that licensed agents will use to access and show your home once it’s on the market. You can track the showing history on your ListingSpark portal.
Complete MLS listing
MLS is where thousands of local agents and buyers go to find properties.
ListingSpark will make sure you completed everything accurately before your property is listed and send you showing requests and agent feedback - all trackable on your personal dashboard.
