Pricing your home right is the key to selling your home. ListingSpark provides you with the same local market data as realtors use and our proprietary pricing model ensures your home is priced at that sweet spot.
ListingSpark wants your home to look its best. We’ll send you a professional photographer for free. You’ll be able to choose and upload your favorite photos onto MLS in minutes or upgrade to a virtual tour.
We’ll ship you a digital key lockbox to set up for showings. You will receive a text requesting agents’ showing times that you can accept or reject. Every time the lockbox is opened and closed, you’ll know about it.
