In cases in which a buyer is unrepresented, ListingSpark takes a flat $350 commission at closing for facilitating the transaction.

ListingSpark bills clients on a 28 day cycle, and won’t fill up your credit card statement with daily charges. In the event your home sells in the middle of the billing cycle, you will be rebated for the remaining days.
Yes, many ListingSpark clients choose to use some of their savings to offer buyer’s agents a premium commission or agent bonus to further incentivize the sale of their home. With ListingSpark the choice is yours!
Any potential buyers will submit their contract to ListingSpark, who will then inform the seller, and forward them the contract. Sellers may then accept, reject, or make a counter offer. In the event of a counter offer, the process continues until an offer is accepted or rejected.
Sellers use data provided by ListingSpark, along with their own knowledge of the local real estate market, to determine their own listing price.
ListingSpark notifies and forwards sellers all questions, inquiries, and comments about their property.
As the seller you are able to set specific showing parameters for potential buyers.
No, professional photographs of your home are provided for you in the basic ListingSpark service for sellers.


Find the home you are interested in through the “Our Properties” tab on the ListingSpark homepage. From there you will be directed to that home’s dedicated page where you will be able to request documentation, ask the seller a question, and submit an offer.
ListingSpark provides buyers with a dedicated agent at no cost to the buyer, just like a traditional brokerage, with one important distinction.

Real Estate Questions

MLS stands for “Multiple Listing Service”. It is a suite of services that allows real estate brokers and agents to work together. The most well known aspect of the MLS is the database of properties that are for sale, pending, or have been sold; along with numerous points of information about each of those listings.
The vast majority of real estate agents and brokers use their area’s MLS to help them find listings, and information about those listings, that might appeal to their clients. Additionally, almost all home search functions found on the internet are populated with information from the MLS. Put simply, it is an invaluable tool to helping you get your home sold.

Outside Agents

Information on our listings can be found either in the MLS or under the "properties" link at the top of the page.
For property-specific questions you can either contact the owner if information is provided in the MLS report or you can submit a question by finding the property via the property link at the top of the page.
Yes. We require that our sellers agree to some level of buyer agent commission. However, the amount is up to the seller, so make sure and check the MLS for the amount.
