Communication is almost 100% by email but is consistent and timely. I loved the css notifications regarding viewings of the house. It instantly showed me who was showing the house and why and passed through feedback. The other parties realtor didn’t do anywhere near as much as listingspark did. Thank you listingspark! I also used spark title. They were professional and timely as well. The mobile notary to close quickly was convenient as well.”
